The Anti-Diet Diet

A new concept behind eating is the intuitive eating method. It's not a diet as there are no restrictions, but in order to get to this point it can be a rocky road. The basic idea is to eat whatever you want, whenever you want to. With a  colon full of candida you will want to eat sugar and drink coffee as much as or more than a bowl full of kale chips and a green juice, so a three stage preparation is required:

1) Eat fermented foods for a month to get your intestines in order. Sauerkraut and an enteric-coated probiotic at night ( with Lactobacillus acidophilus and bifidobacterium, and containing at least ten billion active bacteria per capsule/pill).
2) Drink 3 liters of water every day for 30 days so you can learn to feel what real hydration is like. 
3) Educate yourself - get off GMO's, processed foods and wheat/gluten so your body starts to feel like YOUR body.

Now you are clean, take your time eating. Spend a minimum of 12 minutes undistracted eating and chewing 20-30 times per mouthful. Experience says you will eat less, gain more nutrients from each sitting and feel fuller than if you had been computering/smartphoning or TVing. The great part about this is that when you can eat what you want with a clean body, you probably won't even eat the stuff that you used to crave, because you simply won't even crave it anymore!
