There's a new trend in eating and it involves eating ALL of your meals from a bowl.
It refers back to itinerant monks who ate from a bowl for both ascetic reasons and for the convenience of having less to carry. There are also health aspects of bowl-eating, that allow us to see exactly what we are eating and to easily control the amount that we eat. Regularity in this practice will accustom our bodies to the right volume of food at any one sitting. And don't forget - less to clean up afterwards.
Eating less correlates directly with longer life. Do you want to live longer? I do, because I'm a parent. Bowl eating IS a trend, but it's also not a new trend. Try it - it makes sense!
