Bodhilicious Broccoli Goodness

  • 1 head broccoli
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 T maple syrup
  • 1 t Braggs Amino acids
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Preheat oven to 375° Chop a head of broccoli (rinse, and make sure completely dry before preparing!) Mince 2-3 cloves of garlic Put broccoli, garlic, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 T maple syrup, 1 t Braggs Amino Acids and a few shakes of salt and pepper in tupper ware. Shake it up!! Spread out on baking sheet, place on top rack, and bake for about 30 minutes. Broccoli will be crunchy and delicious! Note: Try the same recipe using Kale!
