Yummy Bodhi Banana Bread

  • 1 3/4 Cup Quinoa Flour
  • 3 Bananas (2 mashed, 1 sliced)
  • 1/3 Cup Yogurt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Stick Butter (OR sub ¼ cup Coconut Oil)
  • 1 T Vanilla
  • 1/2 t Baking Soda
  • 3 T Chia Seeds
  • 1 t Baking Powder
  • 1/2 t Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 3 T Crushed Dark Chocolate or Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350F First butter, then sugar, then bananas, then eggs, then vanilla, then yogurt and set aside. Then in a separate bowl, combine quinoa flour with the baking soda, chia seeds, baking powder and salt MIX ALL together   Bake for 30 mins
